We are hiring Male candidates for the post of Project/Team Leader for a US based company located in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Lead and support a team handling back-office and data research tasks.
• Perform internet research, data mining, and lead generation using tools like eBlaster.
• Manage data entry and data conversion projects using MS Excel.
• Execute bulk email campaigns for client outreach.
• Provide customer support through email/chat.
• Ensure project timelines are met and report status to US managers.

**Desired Candidate's Profile**

• Graduate or Undergraduate with excellent English communication (written/verbal).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formatting, sorting, formulas, etc.).
• Quick learner with leadership ability and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with any shift as per requirement.
• Must be a team player and self-motivated.
• Preference: Candidates residing near CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
